How We Work

Step 1: The maintenance consultation

We visit your garden, courtyard or balcony and discuss what you need. Based on our extensive experience, we assess what needs to be done, how often and how long it should take.

Step 2: Your garden maintenance proposal

For on-going maintenance programmes, we send you a proposal which allows you to plan ahead and budget for your garden’s needs. Your proposal outlines:

  1. Recommended ongoing maintenance jobs to keep your garden looking its best all year round.
  2. Recommended seasonal maintenance schedule for Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter.
  3. Estimated time to complete the recommended maintenance work.
  4. A full cost estimate.
  5. Optional extras.

For a one-off maintenance call-out, we send you a quotation for the work to be completed with an estimate of the time it will take.

Step 3: Book your slot

Just let us know that you wish to proceed, so we can agree suitable days and access times to carry out the maintenance work. We also need to know how to gain entry to your garden if you will not be there.

Step 4: After each maintenance visit

At the end of each visit, we give you a garden maintenance report with a list of what was done, and send you an invoice.

Garden maintenance programmes are tailored specifically for you and your garden. However, they are not set in stone, and if your needs change, and as your garden develops, we can make adjustments as we go along.
